How do beacon codes and visiting work?

Every account has its own beacon — a code and QR you can share so someone else can open your chart. Share yours with a friend, or scan theirs, and a connection request goes out. Nobody gets in until the other side approves it.

Browsing is always allowed

Once a connection is active, a visitor can open your chart, browse your realms and characters, and unlock a locked one — that last part is always on for any active connection.

Everything else is your call

Summoning a role, creating a realm, and saving an image are each off by default. Grant them one at a time per visitor from Manage Access in The Nexus — or leave them all off and keep it browse-and-unlock only.

You're always in control

Revoke a connection, or rotate your beacon code entirely, from The Nexus at any time. Access ends immediately.
