Why was my selfie rejected?
A selfie can be turned away at two different points, for two different reasons.
On your phone, before it's ever sent
The app checks the frame on-device first: no face found, more than one face, or a face too small in the shot. Fix the framing and try again — nothing has left your phone at this point.
After upload, for safety
Once a photo passes the on-device check, it's screened for unsafe or inappropriate content before it's stored or used to generate anything. A photo that fails this gets a "choose another photo" prompt instead — pick a different, ordinary selfie and continue.
Either way, nothing is generated from a rejected photo, and you haven't spent any credits — you're just asked to try again with a different picture.
